Join us for the annual Dabney State Park play day on Saturday, June 28th from 11am-4pm. We've reserved a large picnic shelter with lots of tables and will provide a BBQ lunch. You can enjoy playing by (and in!) the extremely-clean Sandy River (including a shallow wading area, which is great for kids). Parking is $10 at the park. Please RSVP to Community Life, so we can provide BBQ for all!

Students 6th-12th grade - mark your calendars for the next gathering, Sunday, July 27th, after the service! We’ll eat lunch together and dive deeper into discipleship and sermon topics.

Connect with others this summer while diving into a good book! Our summer reading groups are designed to cultivate learning through discussion with others over a shared interest. These groups are intended for people to participate as they are able with the understanding that summer schedules are busy. Most groups begin sometime the week of June 22nd. Registration is open for the Abide Retreat at Mount Angel Abbey, August 1-3! The Abide Retreat is an opportunity for spiritual respite, meaningful time away, a place to process what God is doing in our lives, and to grow in our understanding of life in the Gospel. Through group opportunities, instruction in spiritual practice, and plenty of time for personal solitude, attendees end the weekend refreshed and with a clearer sense of God’s presence. Join us for a hike and hangout Sunday, July 13th! We’ll meet at 3pm near Lower Macleay Park and head out on a 3–4 mile hike to revive our souls in nature before we make our way to Breakside Brewery for post adventure drinks and food. Park near either Lower Macleay (start) or Breakside (end). Another week of service with Family Promise is coming up, July 20-27. By preparing or serving a meal, playing games/leading activities with families/children, staying overnight as an onsite point of contact, or serving breakfast - you can support our houseless neighbors as they transition to stability.
